- Internally and externally maintained! This is the second generation of Tannoy's famous machine ARDEN. The warm and soft tone is attractive. It plays all kinds of music lusciously and gently. In particular, it works great with vacuum tube amplifiers, and the sense of orchestra scale and smooth playback of stringed instruments are satisfying enough to listen to. The exterior has been beautifully finished due to exterior maintenance. Saran net replacement/frame repair/reinforcement. Unit maintenance: low range/edge exchange, magnetic circuit gap cleaning/center adjustment, high pass/magnetic circuit rust removal/gap cleaning/center adjustment. The exterior has some impact scratches and board repair marks on one side of the hakama part. Serial 003354/003047 (Fujisawa Yukishi) Maintenance information: 2022.9.23 Maintained (terminal screws, rust removal, acid washing, cleaning. Internal connection terminal (faston) replaced with a new one. ATT (SW type) contact cleaning. A frequency characteristic measurement check (~ 42 kHz) was performed, and the original capacitor was continuously used because the results were good. Check the input/output waveform and balance, and check the sound output. Unit maintenance (high range side: magnetic circuit gap cleaning/center adjustment) exterior repair/polishing/oil finish.
